Maplewood is a democratically-run non-profit organization. Its only revenue is from annual HOA dues. Homeowners who want to participate and set the direction of the organization are encouraged to campaign and run for board positions. We are also fueled by passionate volunteers from event planning to work parties.

The Maplewood Homeowners Association annual dues are due by January 1 of each year (please consider making payment in December, don't wait until January). See Contact page for details. HOA fees go towards landscape maintenance, improvements to our park and common areas, neighborhood social events, and administrative costs. Current and past budget reports as well as profit and loss statements can be obtained through the treasurer and are presented at the annual HOA membership meetings in January.
